We are interested in hearing from you. All mediums, ideas and artistic disciplines are welcome.

Whether you are a seasoned or budding artist or a creative person with something interesting to show, *Hotshot is the ideal place to strut your stuff and celebrate your work.


*Hotshot is available as an exhibit, event and retail space.

We are open to new ideas and treat each submission on a case-by-case basis. Costs associated with an art exhibition, event or retail staging are dependant upon the scope and use of the space.

Please ensure that you have included the following basic requirements:

  • Name
  • Contact Details
  • Desired Date & Time
  • Project Title & Synopsis
  • Bios of ALL Artists involved
  • Artist statement and/or whatever will help us understand the proposal.
  • Logistical / Technical Requirements
  • What will you provide?
  • What will Hotshot provide?
  • Supplementary Materials - Either provide web links to your work available online, or, send us examples on a Disc. If you have to send us email attachments, please be considerate of the size and amount you send.

OPEN SPACE  -  Call for Proposals!

*Hotshot is looking for proposals for unique activities/shows for our new "Open Space" series.

We sometimes have days or weeks in between shows when the space is empty and full of creative opportunity.

Open Space will be a series of activities/events/shows which are pre-developed and pre-planned but spontaneous and elastic in schedule.

Help us create something fun, interactive and informal - we welcome bright new ideas that challenge and play with the conventional ideas of art shows and exhibitions.

Here are some of the ideal qualities we are looking for in your proposal

  • Easy to setup and breakdown
  • Works as an activity/event/performance and finished product
  • Encourages people to get involved, have fun, participate and play


SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • First, and Last name
  • Low res jpgs of your work (Maximum 4 images) / URL's with your work/Description and photos (if available) of past activities and events
  • Phone number
  • Any special requirements if applicable
